Coaptive CMS

A full-featured content management system for professional websites — designed as a clean, general-purpose CMS, and marketed especially to physicians and medical practices that need a polished, maintainable web presence without CMS clutter.

How it is built. Laravel application with flat-file site pages (Markdown + YAML under content/sites/), a host database for identity, sessions, audit, preferences, and licensing, and a Control Panel for site settings, navigation, pages, assets, forms, branding, and users. Public theme supports Light / Dark / System; signed-in staff manage their own Account Settings.

This site — coaptivecore.com — is the CMS product host and license console. Installs can run white-label for a practice or institution website.

Documentation — knowledgebase for install, content layout, delivery, and developer notes. Pricing — license and setup packages.

Coaptive GME

Enterprise-grade SaaS for Graduate Medical Education operations — schedules, duty hours, evaluations, and more — built for modern training programs.

Multi-program residencies and fellowships get one platform for ACGME duty hours, institutional call, evaluations and CCC workflows, onboarding and credentialing checklists, recruitment imports, and licensed integration packs (Epic, PeopleSoft, Highmarks CME, Firefly EPAs, and more).

Replace — or extend — what you already run

Coaptive GME is built to replace fragmented GME stacks, not only New Innovations and AMiON, but also MedHub, One45, ShiftAdmin, LightningBolt, myTIPreport, Firefly, and GME Manager — consolidating scheduling, duty hours, evaluations, and related program operations in one modern system.

Where a full rip-and-replace is not the right first step, Coaptive can also be configured to integrate with and extend those products — syncing data, filling gaps, and modernizing the experience around systems you still need to keep.
